New York Theatre Barn Choreo Lab : Story, Style & Creative Process

This lab centered around storytelling through movement. My developmental goal of choice was to explore partnering, weight sharing and the utilization of physical improvisation aiming to create characters with clear motivations and relationships solely through the use of movement and physical contact.

On 1 Condition: 99 Cents Store

Choreographers were given a set of parameters for the creation of a movement based piece. In this case, the inclusion of two specific objects one might find at a $.99 cent store; a disposable tin pan and a plastic utensil holder. Baked beans were my own addition.
